A lot has been going on in my life since my last post, however there is a few spots that I have hit up in that time. My wife and I moved to San Antonio from Houston. This has stopped me from being as timely as I would want to. As a result, I will just give brief reviews of these two as memories fade with time. I am going to start making notes in order to better keep an idea of what the pro/cons were of each stop. Also I am going to try to put more of the details that I would appreciate into these reviews. 4. Tejas Chocolate Factory Located in Tomball, Texas. As the name implies it was not always a BBQ stop but was originally a boutique chocolate shop. This changed when the owner brought in his brother, a chef, to change it up a bit and offer barbecue. This is the first place I have been to since starting this odyssey that was ranked in the top 10 by Texas Monthly. It did not disappoint. I got a quarter pound of brisket and pork ribs.
